FAQ
Questions agencies ask us.
With a live transfer, a qualified consumer is warm-transferred to your agent, ready to talk. With an inbound call, the consumer's call rings your agent directly. Both can be billed per call past your buffer or per sale.
Your campaigns run across Oakline’s managed partner network. We build each campaign around your vertical, states, hours and caps, and Oakline is responsible for every call source behind it, so every call you receive is held to the same quality standard.
No. Oakline is the one partner responsible for every call source in your campaign, including their payouts. You get one contract, one invoice and one team accountable for call quality.
The buffer is how long a call must stay connected before it counts, from 90 to 180 seconds. A call is billable once it passes your buffer and meets your criteria. There are no setup fees, retainers or prepaid call blocks.
Yes. On our pay-per-sale (CPA) option, you are charged only for calls that turn into a sale. Calls that don't close cost you nothing. We agree how sales are confirmed before launch.
Price depends on the vertical and the billing option you choose: per call with your buffer, or per sale. We quote your price per call on a discovery call before anything launches.
Yes. Each call is routed to one buyer only.
ACA Health, Medicare, Final Expense and Auto Insurance. If you sell something else, we can build a custom campaign for your vertical.
It depends on the vertical and your licensed states. Tell us yours and we will confirm coverage.
No long-term contract. We start with a pilot so you can measure call quality before committing to more volume.
Consumers agree to be connected before every transfer, and billable calls are recorded. You can request the consent record for any billable call. See our Compliance page.
It is not billed. If a billed call later turns out to fall outside your agreed criteria, we credit it under our credit policy.
Live transfers and inbound calls ring your agents through a dedicated tracking number, ring pool or SIP transfer, during your hours and within your caps.
Yes. You can pause, change your hours or adjust your daily caps at any time.
No. Oakline Networks is not an insurance company or agency. We connect callers who asked about coverage with licensed agents.
