TCPA & Consent Disclosure
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This page explains the consent that applies to calls connected through Oakline Networks campaigns and how consumers can revoke it.
Consent
Consumers agree to be connected with a licensed agent before every transfer. Where consent is given, it may allow Oakline Networks LLC and the licensed insurance agencies and call centers we work with to contact the consumer about insurance coverage by phone, including calls and texts that may use automated technology or prerecorded messages, at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Who may contact you
The licensed agency or call center your call was connected to, and Oakline Networks LLC. We do not publish the names of our call partners. If a consent question or complaint arises about a call, we contact every party involved directly.
Revoking consent
You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including by telling the caller you do not want further calls, replying STOP to a text message, calling us at +1 (786) 887-6362, or emailing contact@oaklinenetworks.com. We honor opt-out requests as required by law.
Do Not Call
Our campaigns scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable state lists and internal opt-out requests.
